T&C’s BFS Monthly Installment Payment Program
- All Membership offerings (solo,couple and tandem) are available on a monthly instalment basis.
- All memberships have a commitment of minimum of 12 months
- For monthly memberships, the member is obligated to make 1 monthly payment for 12 months on the stipulated due date (as specified on the welcome email).
- Monthly memberships have a cancelation penalty fee of 60 days or 2 months payment that will be deducted automatically on the date of cancelation.
- The Member will make one initial payment at the time of registration and one payment for 11 months every month thereafter.
- Payments must be made every month on the same date (including ‘non-working days’), such date will be based on the member’s joining date, i.e. If the joining date was on the 15th of the month, the payment will be taken on the next business day after the 15th.
- Only Debit or Credit cards issued in the UAE may be used for the Monthly Installment Payment Program.
- Once the final payment has been made, the member shall have the opportunity to renew the monthly membership or pay a onetime lumpsum for the entire year based on their chosen membership.
- 5% VAT will be charged with each monthly payment in compliance with the UAE Federal Tax Authority regulations.
- Should the member wish to make any account changes, Butterfly Social must be notified accordingly on an immediate basis through email at [email protected].
- Memberships will be suspended for all accounts that fail to: provide valid debit or credit card details, have insufficient funds, and/or have not duly paid their monthly fees. Accounts that have been suspended will be activated again upon payment of any and all outstanding fees.
- Members with a suspended account WILL NOT be authorized to access Butterfly Social’s App & WhatsApp services, and/or to participate in any activities organized by Butterfly Social.
